Terms of service - BluePeak

By accessing peptidesresearch.uk (the “Site”) or placing an order with BluePeak Peptides (“BluePeak”, “we”, “us”), you (“Buyer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms.

1. Age Requirement — 18+ Only

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater). Orders placed by individuals under the age of 18 will be cancelled without refund. We reserve the right to request age and identity verification at any time and to refuse service if verification is not provided.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by BluePeak Peptides are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes only.

Products are NOT intended for, and must not be used for:

Human consumption
Diagnostic use
Therapeutic or medicinal use
Veterinary use
Cosmetic use
Use in or on the body of any human or animal
Use as food, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical product

By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher (or are acting on behalf of a recognised research institution) and accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of the products in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and best laboratory practices.

3. Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for verifying that the products you order are legal to purchase, import, possess, and use in your country, state, or region. BluePeak makes no representation as to the legality of any product in any jurisdiction. By placing an order you indemnify and hold BluePeak harmless against any consequence arising from breach of local laws or regulations.

4. No Medical Claims

BluePeak makes no medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or health-related claim regarding any product. Any reference to compounds, peptides, or research chemicals on the Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, scientific, or professional advice. Always consult appropriate published research and qualified professionals before designing any in-vitro study.

5. Product Information & Accuracy

Product descriptions, structural information, mechanisms of action, and references on the Site are drawn from publicly available scientific literature and are provided for the convenience of qualified researchers. Information is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free.

6. Orders, Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.
Placement of an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders that appear fraudulent, or refuse service to any customer.

7. Shipping, Customs & Insurance

Shipping terms, customs handling, and insurance rules are set out in full in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. In summary: parcels seized at customs are not resent unless shipping insurance was purchased.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluePeak’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product, order, or use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the order in question. BluePeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, goodwill, or research time, even if BluePeak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BluePeak Peptides, its directors, employees, and suppliers from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of (a) your use or misuse of any product, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, product photography, logos, structure diagrams, and code — is the property of BluePeak Peptides or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark, and database law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to disrupt service, or to scrape data for commercial purposes without permission.

12. Privacy

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is the version posted on this page. Continued use of the Site or placement of further orders after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
