Packaging

Every order ships in a plain outer with no branding, product names or contents listed on the outside. Vials are packed with protective inserts. The dispatch note inside states the compounds, lot numbers and the research‑use‑only declaration.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected. If tracking has not updated within two working days of dispatch, email support and we will chase the courier.

Returns

Because these are laboratory chemicals we cannot accept returns of unwanted items, but every order is covered by our 60‑day money‑back guarantee: if anything arrives damaged or defective, email support@peptidesresearch.uk with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Shipping policy

Worldwide Shipping

BluePeak Peptides ships to every country in the world. Orders are dispatched discreetly within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and courier. A tracking number is provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom — 1–3 business days
• Europe — 3–7 business days
• North America — 5–10 business days
• Rest of World — 7–21 business days

These times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Customs & Seizures

International orders may be subject to inspection by the customs authority of the destination country. While we take precautions to ensure smooth transit, we cannot guarantee that every parcel will clear customs.

• Without shipping insurance: if a parcel is seized, delayed, destroyed, or otherwise lost at customs, the order will not be resent and no refund will be issued. By choosing not to add insurance at checkout, the buyer accepts this risk in full.
• With International Shipping Insurance: if a parcel is seized, lost, or destroyed in transit, we will resend the order at no additional cost, subject to verification of the seizure, loss, or destruction (e.g. customs notice, carrier confirmation). Customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees are also pre-paid and covered — view full coverage details.

International Shipping Insurance is offered as an optional add-on at checkout for orders shipping outside the United Kingdom. We strongly recommend it for every international order — read what it covers.

Address Accuracy

Buyers are solely responsible for providing a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a courier depot are not eligible for resend or refund without insurance.

Restricted & High-Risk Regions

We ship worldwide, but the buyer is solely responsible for verifying that the products they order are legal to import into their country or region. BluePeak Peptides does not provide legal advice on import regulations. By placing an order you confirm that you have made this determination yourself and accept full responsibility for any consequence.

Undeliverable Destinations

If your order cannot be delivered to your country — whether due to a carrier restriction, an embargo, an import block, or the destination otherwise becoming inaccessible after dispatch — no refund will be issued, regardless of whether shipping insurance was purchased. The order will not be processed and the payment will not be returned.

This policy applies only to Rest of World orders. Orders to the United Kingdom, Europe, and North America are not affected by this clause and are delivered as normal.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents or to BluePeak Peptides on the exterior.
