Damaged or defective? We replace it or refund you within 60 days.
Replacement policy
All BluePeak products are chemicals supplied for laboratory research. Because of their nature, all sales are final: we do not accept returns, exchanges or change‑of‑mind refunds once an order has been dispatched.
60-day money-back guarantee
If anything arrives damaged or defective, email support@peptidesresearch.uk with your order number and a photo within 60 days of delivery. We will replace the affected items or refund you — your choice.
Cancellation before dispatch
If you contact us within 12 hours of payment and the order has not yet been packed, we will cancel it.
Lost or seized in transit
International parcels can be inspected by customs. Where shipping insurance was purchased and a parcel is confirmed lost, seized or destroyed in transit, we will resend the order. Without insurance, BluePeak is not responsible for parcels lost at customs.
Wrong item
If the compound or lot on the label does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours and we will send the correct item. Do not open the vial.
