LP3-R is a synthetic 39-residue peptide described in the literature as a single-molecule ligand of three receptors: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. It is built on a modified glucagon backbone with a C20 fatty diacid attached through a linker, a lipidation that distinguishes it structurally from native glucagon.
Chemistry: CAS 2381089-83-2, molecular formula C221H342N46O68, molecular weight approximately 4,731.5 g/mol.
