How a batch gets released
Nothing goes on sale until it has cleared every check and its Certificate of Analysis is available. If a lot fails, it does not get relabelled — it gets rejected.
1. HPLC purity analysis
High‑performance liquid chromatography separates the compound from any related substances and quantifies exactly how much of the sample is the peptide you ordered. Specification 99%. The full chromatogram is on the report.
2. Mass spectrometry identity
Purity tells you how much of something is present, not what it is. Mass spectrometry confirms the molecular weight matches the compound on the label, so a pure vial of the wrong peptide never reaches you.
3. Endotoxin screening
Each lot is screened for bacterial endotoxin by LAL as a separate test and reported against the limit.
4. Fill check and physical inspection
We confirm the stated milligram content, then inspect every vial for lyophilisation quality, seal integrity and label accuracy before it is picked. The lot number on the vial matches the report.
Who does the testing
Analysis is carried out independently by Janoshik Analytical rather than in‑house. Where a Janoshik report exists for a product you can open it on the product page and verify it on Janoshik's own site.
